Booking Information


PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING IMPORTANT INFORMATION PRIOR TO MAKING A BOOKING USING WEB ROOM BOOKING:

Web Room Booking is available to UCC Staff to make once-off room bookings. To enter the system you simply enter your username (without 'central\') & password that you use to log-on to your PC. Web Room Booking only works for user accounts on the central domain, which all staff should have.

It is recommended that you refer to the basic guide on how to book a room before you attempt to make a booking. You will still need to contact the Room Bookings Office directly for the following:

Weekday evening booking requests must be received by 2pm to allow us time to inform Security and other key staff of your booking. Weekend bookings must be received by 2pm on the preceding Friday.

Academic Departments - All amendments to timetabled bookings MUST continue to go through your Departmental Timetabler. Web Room Booking is only to be used for Once-Off Bookings and any bookings made using this will not roll forward to the following academic year.
